It's not perfect; I've never heard of word No. 26,263, "berowne," and neither has Webster's but I'm pretty sure it shouldn't come before "cashed." I like the privacy features the best--you can control who can see each individual entry, your contact information, who can text message you, who can leave comments, whose comments are screened, and you can ban other users from your journal or community.
