Clean images, quick to load (even though it is in Flash), easy to navigate throughout, and portrays the restaurant exactly as it is. It was also really interesting to read about the chef/proprietor's history. Anyone visiting London should give this restaurant a call, it is as excellent as the site! The site is easy to navigate, and from what I could tell after a few searches, very thorough. The good thing about this site is the range of the "areas of focus"--disaster relief, computers and technology, religious, crime and safety, even personal finance! So you can find a volunteer or job opportunity even if you're not a raging lefty. Sadly, however, there seemed to be no job opportunities for a writer/editor in Spain. (Sighted by Erin Gannon) | BBC's Biography of Great Britain's Queen Mother OK so she's been dead nearly a year, but I just came across this online biography of Queen Elizabeth's late mother. The text is perfect: neither long nor short, neither maudlin nor detached--you just get a nice, graphical story of an important woman's life. No boring stuff. I thought they also did a good job of working in the news links. I only would have liked if they'd linked names and places to other Web sites and resource pages so you could learn more about them.
